2. Is it mandatory to upload certificates and documents?
Yes, uploading your credentials and certifications is mandatory. Our platform is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently — which is why we work exclusively with professionals who can verify their qualifications.

3. What documents do I need to submit?
To be considered for evaluation, submitting a valid ID and proof of graduation is mandatory. In addition, documents such as professional certifications, chamber registrations, licenses, and any relevant international accreditations will further strengthen your profile and help you stand out during the assessment process.
All documents are verified through Veriff, a trusted identity and document verification system.
Veriff is fully compliant with global data protection and regulatory standards including ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, CCPA, and KYC/AML.
This ensures that only truly qualified and verified professionals are accepted, in full alignment with both national and international compliance requirements.

4. How long does the approval process take?
Once your application and documents have been reviewed, the expert approval process is typically completed within 48 hours.
During this period, your identity and credentials are securely verified through Veriff. Following verification, you’ll be asked to complete a short 10-question assessment, tailored to your area of expertise.
If needed, we may also schedule a brief 30-minute online interview to gain a deeper understanding of your qualifications.
All of these steps are part of a transparent process designed to ensure that every application is reviewed carefully and fairly, in line with our commitment to impartiality and high professional standards.
5. Will my personal data be secure?
Yes, your personal data is protected according to the highest international security standards. All your information is encrypted and handled in full compliance with global data protection laws such as GDPR and local regulations. Under no circumstances will your data be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. What happens to my documents if my application is rejected?
If your application is not approved, all documents you submitted will be permanently deleted from our system and will never be shared with any third party.
Only approved experts' documents are securely stored to ensure the accuracy and credibility of expert profiles on the platform.

7. Will my profile be visible to the public?

We are planning to implement a secure and segregated structure that allows experts in the Tenderely Expert Network to also use the platform as regular users — whether to provide or receive services.
As part of this plan, we are considering a solution where experts can register with two different email addresses but use the same phone number for both accounts.
The first email address will be used exclusively for applying to the Tenderely Expert Network and for handling arbitration tasks. These accounts will not be visible to public users and will only be activated within internal workflows.
The second email address will be used to register as a regular user, allowing the expert to offer or receive services on the platform like any other user. This profile will not display any "Tenderely Expert" label, and there will be no public link to their expert status.
This setup ensures that parties involved in disputes cannot identify or contact the expert through the platform, thereby maintaining the expert's neutrality and personal safety We would appreciate hearing your thoughts on this approach.
